- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always based on the size of the home, the level of cleaning needed, and the amount of time required to do the job properly. Every home is different, so we provide customized quotes to make sure you're only paying for what you truly need. No hidden fees. Add-on services like fridge, oven, baseboard, or windows are available for an additional rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we first understand what type of cleaning you need, when was your last clean, your budget, any additional services, pets or no pets, and a quick photo of your home especially any priority areas. Once we agree on the details regarding your free quote, we schedule your cleaning at a time that works best for you. NIVIORA is open 24 hours. when we arrive at your home, we present ID, do a quick walkthrough, we do ask that all pets are put away, and ask that the home has working water, lights, and Wi-Fi for our machines. once cleaning is done, we make sure everything meets your expectations before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential and commercial cleaning standards, including proper sanitation practices surface specific care and self-product usage. Every team member completes hands on training, and random evaluation days once a month to ensure consistency, attending to detail, and quality results in every home we service.
