Halima Essary Design is a Dallas-Fort Worth interior design studio founded on a simple idea: a well-designed home shouldn't just look beautiful, it should become second nature and flow with you. I'm Halima Essary, the founder and lead designer. I'm a Registered Interior Designer in the State of Texas (RID, NCIDQ-certified), with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. Before starting my own company, I spent years at respected Dallas architecture firms, working on residential and commercial projects from concept through construction. I am passionate about how a space is built, how light moves through it, how proportions affect the way a room feels, and how every decision today will hold up five and ten years from now.

Pics to follow upon project completion...I cannot say enough wonderful things about Halima! She was truly amazing to work with throughout the entire design process. From the very beginning, she brought such a calming and reassuring presence, which made a stressful renovation feel so much more manageable. Halima really listens to what you’re trying to achieve and takes the time to understand your style, goals, and concerns. She was incredibly patient with me as we worked through decisions and always reassured me that we were moving in the right direction. Her attention to detail—especially with paint selections and overall coordination—was so thoughtful and thorough. I genuinely feel confident that we are going to have a beautiful finished product once everything comes together. I highly, highly recommend Halima to anyone looking for a talented designer who is kind, professional, collaborative, and truly gifted at what she does.
