If we don't call you back in an hour lunch is on us. We offer 10% discounts to: -Veterans -Police -Fire -EMS/First Responders -Teachers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to set the standard for how you think all contractors should operate. It is difficult to do if we don't know how we're being graded. To make this happen we ask a series of questions to get down to what is important to you and make sure we're the right company to help you. If we're not we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members train 6-8 weeks per year on their responsibilities on the team. We've established a thorough training program we call Lawn Sense University. It includes classroom training, hands on training, timed written/hands on tests, timed events, and other competitions. This program is derived from one of the most challenging school in the military across all branches. Each test requires an 85% to pass, each team member must go through the course and pass each year.
