Alfredo responded quickly, came the next day, did good work and charged reasonable price. we live out of state so he did video call, walked through work done and answered questions. highly recommend.

Sloppy work would be a compliment for this job. Kafkaesque at times. Never came back to fix it. I have to fix the inlet and outlet now myself. I asked for two downspouts extended to the curb. Asked for specific inlet and corrugated pipe. Came late with wrong material, because he couldn't find the right ones at his Home Depot (Lowes & HD down the road would have had them). Started to glue it already together before I saw it -- which made it not adjustable. Didn't had extra parts like a 45 degree elbow instead of a 90 degree one because PVC is not flexible. Did then a really bad installation job that had to be corrected more as once. Ask for something specific via text message and was told on site that he didn't understand because his English is bad. Hit and damaged the foundation watering pipe, I had to point it out and provide parts to fix it. One of the issue was the outlet sticking 1-2inch out of the ground where they said it will be flush in the middle (instead of directly at the curb) so I can mow over it. Didn't had other parts to finish it and had to leave. Regarding the comment, I wrote even in the text message where I paid most of the job, that I will pay the rest after its finished. Saying there is no fix because I don't pay upfront speaks just for itself. No invoice either.
