FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to get on the phone and learn more about their event. Whether you want me host or just do a drop off we offer both services. Second, I will give the customer a quote, once that is confirmed the customer will process the payment via zelle or Venmo. Now the customer can relax and enjoy the best biscuits and gravy delivered to their event at the date and time discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a few culinary classes in college, however I grew up cooking with my mom in the kitchen so my skills all come from my amazing and truly skilled mother.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was European born and Southern raised. I moved to Dallas about seven years ago. I live with my fiancé and two of his kids who truly enjoy a big nice breakfast. Unfortunately, most of the time when the kids would go out to eat for brunch it was hard to locate biscuits and gravy so I figured why not make them myself right at in our home kitchen. The day I made them, that’s when everything changed. My fiancés and the kids face had the biggest smile and everyone went back for seconds. I m a fan on dad jokes so I shouted “I know, right? Too gravy to handle?!??” we all laughed and that’s when I decided I want to fuel peoples morning with my amazing southern with European twist biscuits and gravy.
