- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, there is standard pricing, and package rates available when you purchase a block of hours. Hourly Price quoted is for you to get a ball park range, but we can come up with a plan to fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a phone consultation to review the specifics of the client's project and discuss the best plan for getting started. We do provide and onsite consultation to review the space prior to starting work if it is determined more information is needed than the initial phone call provides. After the initial assessments are completed and a plan is in place, we schedule our first appointment with the new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, which offers classes and seminars to members of this profession, to which I have taken advantage of. However, nothing beats on the job experience, and I have over 10 years experience and over 10,000 hours organizing my clients. My formal education includes a B.S. degree in Aeronautical Science from the University of North Dakota, where I also obtained my commercial pilot's license and flight instructor certificate.
