Cody and his team are night and day from our previous propertymanagement experience. It was noticeable on our first conversation and continues every communication we have. Before we had virtually really no idea how the properties were doing, if the tenants were happy or compliant. We get regular scheduled inspections with photos, we now have great tenants, preventive suggestions for items that may need attention, and we have yet to have a property vacant more than 3 days since we switched. We are very pleased with his firm and highly recommend his team.

Last year, as a result of a job move, we needed to rent our Plano home. Our home is large and has a pool, we planned to return to Plano in a few years so we wanted a management company that would take great care of our home. We interviewed agents from 3 management companies before selecting Cody Longmire, owner of Keytree Management which proved to be an excellent choice!
He was responsive to the needs of our tenant and very easy to reach when we had questions or concerns. He made the process of finding a tenant easy due to top notch marketing, web exposure, beautiful, professional home photos and tenant screening tools. Our home went on the market in mid January which is usually a very slow time of year for leasing but we had a tenant and contact locked down by mid February.
Cody did a great job of keeping a close eye on our property with monthly exterior checks and quarterly walk throughs. We have now moved back into our home and it is in as good if not better condition as when we left it. In the future, we would definitely use Cody Longmire if we needed a propertymanager and highly recommend him.

They vary. We have three different pricing plans depending on the customers' specific needs and wants for Management services. Every client is different and a one size fits all model is not appropriate in this industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply a quick chat will get us going. We evaluate if our company can offer the solution the client is looking for and provide the highest level of service. Most situations are unique and in the rare event, we are unable to assist we have vetted professionals that we are happy to recommend to best assist as an alternative.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a broker-owner, I have helped clients for more than 15 years with buying, selling, renting, and investing in real estate. We are constantly improving and adapting to this changing market and finding new ways to bring more value to our clients without increasing costs.
