FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers about pool service our team likes to come out and perform a quick 20 minute evaluation of your pool and pool equipment. Once that evaluation has been completed our team can send over a proposal of services with pricing and everything that comes with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our repair technicians carry a state mandated RAIL (residential appliance installer license). All of our weekly cleaning technicians go with an onboarding and training program that is specifically tailored to our standards of practice and procedures. All repair technicians attend local training that the big 3 manufacturers hold at their facilities along with online training and in-person at our office location. Weekly cleaning technicians have regularly meetings to address areas of improvement needed, changes in weather that will effect job duties and functions along with changes in the industry norms that would effect their role.
