- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Diagnostic Fee Policy We charge a $150 service call fee to come out and diagnose the issue. This fee covers our time and expertise to assess the problem accurately. If you choose to move forward with the repair through us, the $150 diagnostic fee will be waived and applied toward the cost of the repair. Please note that we do not offer free estimates on repairs unless we are hired to perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had my RAIL license since 2017(required to work on anything pool electrical) I also am a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) My most valuable training is from in the field troubleshooting and problem solving since I first started in pool industry in 2010.
