I typically do my own taxes; however, this year was difficult due to a company relocation. Randy gave me a quote and stuck to it. He offered to come to my house and was there two days later. He showed up on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He took his time going over everything with me and was patient during all of my questions. Randy made sure to make our meeting fun & personable. Every time I sent Randy an email, I received a timely response. Not only did I find a talented taxpreparer, I met an extraordinary man who has a vest for life. He is always smiling and continually thanking me for my business.
