- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to the customer to schedule an appointment for the project assessment. During this visit, we will take pictures of the job site and provide the customer with an estimate before we leave. If the customer agrees to the estimate, we will also set a date to begin the project before we depart.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned a tile business for over 30 years and am a certified journeyman tile installer. My experience encompasses commercial projects, remodels, and new construction tile work.
