Thought I had left a review for this company but realized I hadn't. This company is the best of the best with any type of installation and/or other services needed. They had previously came to install outdoor cameras around my home and though its been a couple of years or so, it still works like fine wine without any hiccups. If I ever have any problems (existing) and/or need new installation, this will be the company I will be reaching out to and so should you because they stand by their word and deliver high quality service at an affordable price and make sure the customer is happy at the end. Long overdue review, sorry. By the way I've referred several family and friends of mine to your company since the work was done and I'm sure a few of them may have used you guys for their work. I'm very happy with the job. I needed to install an AVR and wanted all the wires hidden. The installer did the wiring inside the walls, and installed all speakers. There was no damage to my walls, he cleaned up after himself. The price was well worth it. They're very professional, do high quality work, and respect your property. Will definitely hire them again for other projects.

Cory came out and connected our surround sound system that Home Pro had installed when the house was built. We just bought this summer and Home Pro had estimated close to $2000 to hook it up. Cory fixed it for $175!

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from your technician, Isaiah Ortega. Isaiah was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to identify several options for the installation of my Cat 6 cables before making any cuts or creating holes in the wall. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was so impressed with Isaiah's work that I will definitely be recommending Ideal Installs to my friends and family. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing. I can often times beat most big box stores or price match.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer project always begins with a phone consultation. From the consultation, we can decide if I will need to visit the site in order to perform a site survey before starting work. A detailed estimate follows the consultation or site survey. Upon approval of the estimate, scheduling of the job will be agreed upon and we will get to work. A final invoice will follow upon job completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel as though I am a teacher at heart and love this side of my job. Technology can be confusing to some but I am able to patiently and expertly train my customers how to effectively use their new systems.
