FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent pricing and discussing expectations upfront. Smaller projects are often billed hourly, while larger projects may be quoted by scope. Material costs are discussed before purchase, and there are no surprise fees. My focus is delivering quality workmanship and value for the investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to understand the customer’s goals, budget, and timeline. Once I understand the project, I’ll discuss options, identify any potential challenges, and provide a clear scope of work. During the project I communicate regularly, keep the work area clean, and focus on delivering quality results that meet expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design with a minor in Merchandising from the University of North Texas. My professional career has included leadership roles in design, product development, construction project management, and visual merchandising. In addition to formal education, I have years of hands-on experience with painting, trim carpentry, cabinetry, tile, lighting, furniture assembly, and residential renovation projects.
