James with G2 mold remediation is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He communicated well, was professional and thorough, and did everything he could to remedy our mold situation in a cost effective way while keeping our goals in mind from start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied every step of the way! Highly recommend for anyone in need mold remediation. We had a pipe burst on the first floor and needed a new ceiling in the garage and kitchen, as well as new walls, new hard wood floors and the whole first floor repainted. Our main guy was Marcus. He literally was amazing. Responsive, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just overall fantastic. He helped me through the whole process with a great deal of patience. What could have turned into a very long, lengthy process ended up taking 2 months. His team, Josh and Tyler also did a great job with the paint, remodeling and flooring. Both of their teams were so hardworking and dedicated.My only complaint is that Marcus is sadly a Cowboy fan:-) Thanks for everyting G2 Solutions!!! You nailed it out of the ballpark!

An ice maker failed and ruined the wood flooring throughout the kitchen. Huge job. We were dealing with it from out-of-state and needed them to be responsive and communicative. Our Project Mgr, Raul, was both of those things. Always available by phone, he was accommodating to our schedule, attentive, shielded me from having to deal with the inspector or insurance company, and everything looked great at the end. As long as Raul is on staff, they have my recommendation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
G2 Restoration is a preferred vendor for multiple insurance carriers. We can work directly with your insurance for payment. If loss is not covered or you prefer not to file a claim, we accept checks and credit cards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial phone call to G2 Restoration, we dispatch our IICRC Certified Water and Fire Technicians, State Licensed Mold and Asbestos project managers to your home within 2 hours.
