Introduction: Primarily, it's about being upfront about the repair job, the estimate being offered, and working with the highest integrity which will always bring back repeat business. Secondarily, my 30+ years of professional experience with Fortune 500, start-ups, small businesses, and residential computer owners has provided me a wealth of experience unmatched by competitive service providers. Actually, there are several things I like about computer servicing: 1. The challenges. Whether hardware, software, or network related, every new job presents a new challenge as technology continues to change. It's not unusual for me to spend six to eight hours on a fixed-price quote; Many times a customer issue becomes much more in depth that what was first reported, but I'm good with that because those customers always become a repeat customer later or they send me a new referral. 2. Building customer relationships. The majority of my business is based on returning customers who tell me I offer high quality work at a fair price. Also, I never charge for questions after the job is finished. 3. New Technology. Every year brings new computers and software technologies which are becoming more compact and sophisticated. Keeping up with the changes, both the new technology trends and tools, keeps me fresh and allows me to keep my repair fees very low.

I came across Don's info unintentionally and I AM SO GLAD I DID! Although my computer was having issues I wasn't pursuing repairs until Don was so willing to help me. I was able to drop off my computer the same afternoon I contacted him and within 24 hours he had removed all Malware, Adware, and improved the performance of my Toshiba Satellite model E250 to where it was faster than it was brand new! He continued to go above and beyond by researching threads and other websites to help me troubleshoot problems with my own personal software for work. He did all of this and exceeded my expectations 10 fold and for a VERY GOOD PRICE!!! I will forever be using Don when I have problems or questions with my computer. Thank you, Don!

I HAVE USED DON A NUMBER OF TIMES AND HAVE NOTHING BUT VERY HIGH PRAISE. IN ADDITION TO BEING A FINE GENTLEMAN, HE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE ON SHORT NOTICE TO HELP YOU OUT. HIS EXPERIENCE IS IMPRESSIVE AND HE HAS BEEN AVAILABLE TO TACKLE AND SOLVE MANY OF THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE HAD, INCLUDING SHOPPING AT STORES TO GET THE EQUIPMENT I NEEDED. FOR A YEARLY FEE, DON HAS ARRANGED MY COMPUTER TO LET HIM TAKE CONTROL FOR HIM TO SOLVE PROBLEMS FROM WHEREVER HE IS, S THAT HE DOES NOT ALWAYS HAVE TO MAKE A VISI O YOU HOME. I HAVE ALSO FOUND HIS RATES TO BE VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHERS. BOTTOM LINE: TOP NOTCH PERFORMER FOR ANY PROBLEM YOU MAY HAVE. MY RATING IS A FIVE STAR PLUS, THE BEST THAT IS AVAILABLE.

I recently had a problem with my mouse and cursor jumping all around when I typed a letter or sent an email. My daughter recommended Don since he had recently helped her with a computer problem. I called him and within in 15 minutes he had solved my problem. He is amazing and so quick to understand the problem. From now on i am at a very high comfort level when it comes to a computer since he is only a phone call away. I highly recommend Don when it comes to your computer needs. He was very pleasant and courteous and i was very impressed how he resolved my computer problem. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a low flat-rate for small jobs ($79) for individuals, depending on the service needed, and provide a cap on the charges for larger jobs (typically $138 maximum). Example: An individual needs their computer hard drive replaced, which ends up being a five to six hour job, which is not unusual especially if the job includes reinstalling Windows and Outlook email file moving. I will cap the charges to a maximum of $138, and may times that includes picking up the computer and delivery to the customer location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to designing computer hardware, having a BS in Computer Science, and 30+ years industry experience, I stay on top of the newest technologies, both hardware and software, by reading trade journals and researching patents.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a technology geek at a very young age. Solving computer and software problems has always been a passion. I started out as a computer hardware design engineer, then earned a degree a B.S. in Computer Science, and ended up as a hardware and software expert through solving problems hands-on.
