hello all - i was pleased with the punctuality and overall personality of the employee dispatched to handle my services on today. they were friendly to engage with and gave some helpful information. i was, however, displeased with the overall result of my carpet cleaning. while i can understand that certain stains need to be cleaned more than once in order to be fully removed, some of the stains that caused me to enlist such a service did not seem faded and/or removed at all, which was a bit discouraging. my small carpeted closets were also not cleaned, despite being mostly emptied and in need of the service as well. despite the minimal amount of ‘furniture’ in the room, a single bare mattress standing against the wall, the furniture was not moved in order to clean the space underneath it, which again, is not ideal. i feel i overpaid ($70 for one small room) for this service just to not get the entire surface area of the bedroom floor cleaned.. in totality, i give this service 3 out of 5 stars, 1 of those stars solely because of the temperament of the employee that handled the service. thank you for your time.
