Keith delivered a 5 star service in all areas - Work quality, value for work is likely unmatched for whatever else you find, professionalism, punctuality (he was early, and it worked out perfectly for my family and my daughter's sleep routine), and responsiveness (he was very responsive when he wasn't in the middle of a job).

My husband and I just moved into a home and although the carpets are not visibly dirty, we wanted to ensure our 2 year old daughter had a newly cleaned carpet to sit and lay on. She rolls around the floor, plays with her toys etc., so it was important that we know the carpet is clean.

We also have a very light sofa that has had a coffee stain in it for almost 5 years. We tried to clean it once, but since we couldn't see it at our first place after the coffee spilled on it because it was against a wall, we just forgot about it. Then we moved, and we could see it all the time. It was such an eye sore! We asked Keith if he could get it out, and he did the Lord's work!

He doesn't use harsh chemicals, so my daughter was able to start playing pretty much immediately even though the carpet wasn't fully dry. It also dried by the evening, and we didn't have to open any windows or anything. Overall, great service and equally great team!
