Mr. Keith went above and beyond to ensure my carpet was cleaned. I had an unfortunate family accident resulting in blood stains throughout my carpet. Mr. Keith came to my home three times to ensure the blood stains were removed. The first cleaning was throughout my home. The second time he purchased special carpet cleanser removal, and then he came a third time with a carpet brighter. As I mentioned he went above and beyond to ensure my carpet was sanitized and clean. So grateful for your spirit of excellence and professionalism with laughter during a stressful moment. SAVED ME $$$$$ I no longer need to replace my carpet. I originally had my carpet cleaned by a friend of the family last week and my carpet still held an odor and stained from the previous owners. I said a prayer and I decided to give Thumbtack a try and stumbled upon Keith's page and read all the reviews. Keith was responsive, provided a quote upon arrival and kept me updated up until my appointment time. He arrived with all of his equipment neatly organized and got to work immediately. Mr Keith did an amazing job on my carpet for a home I just purchased he was quick on responding and did same day visit. I will definitely have him start coming every 6 months to clean my carpet. He left them smelling amazing.
