Introduction: We have our BBQ sauces, salsa, and rubs registered with the state and available for retail or fundraising opportunities.
Our specialties are peach smoked brisket, baby backs, sausage, chicken, bone in ribeye steak, T-Bone steak, killer sides including mac n' cheese, pinto beans, baked BBQ beans, bacon wrapped corn on the coblets, and many, many more. We are very good with lasagna, manicotti, taco bowls, street tacos, and various enchilada dishes.
