Amazing! Jess was so accommodating and answered all my questions. I gifted a friend a deep clean for his house since he plans to sell it. She was super helpful in keeping it a surprise and following my request to not divulge the cost of the service. My friend was incredibly happy with how thorough and communicative she was.

I reached out to It’s Jess Cleaning for a move out clean and she responded immediately. She had a very nice price and was available for the date/time I needed. We originally agreed to meet at 1:15PM but she was running late and communicated this to me via the app. I asked her to message me when she was on the way so I can meet her back at 2PM because I had to go somewhere. We did the walkthrough to go over the place and she messaged me a few hours later once she was done. She did an amazing job for my move out clean! Sorry I didn’t get picks but hopefully she did. I did a walkthrough with the leasing agency before turning in my keys and they complemented how great everything looked and it smelled good. The leasing agent said this was the best she saw anyone leave any apartment.
