Peter (the owner) was very professional, informative and friendly!! He explained the process very thoroughly and what we assumed to be a messy job there was zero mess! Pointed out some future things to keep eye on and never tried to upsell us! I highly recommend giving his company a chance!

Peter the owner was absolutely awesomeAs someone who is on SSDI and SSI and cannot afford a lot he was extremely affordable he was 15 minutes early and he did a fantastic job!I highly recommend this young man's company as he does put his family first and he made sure that my family in my home which is just me and my two pugs are safe when we use the fireplace this fall Miss, Goodwin professional

Peter was AMAZING! Hes very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, patient and most of all On TIME! You can tell he loves what he does. Not only did he come out on short notice but he also took the time to explain all options. Being a family thats on a budget, he was able to provide alternative SAFE options that fit our family. He also wasnt a sales person trying to persuade you to buy up. Family First Fireplace will be handling our fireplace needs going forward! If youre overwhelmed with all the options, try them first. You wont regret it!Btw.. Weve decided to have Family First to do our new gas unit install.Stay tuned for an update and photosThanks Peter!
