Juan is professional & knowledgeable. He is like a jack of all trades and does quality work. He has done several handyman jobs for us including replacing all rotting trim boards & repainting chimney, replacing board under sink from water damage, replacing driveway flood lights, replacing a faulty switch in bathroom, putting a new cabinet board in bathroom that was chipping away, etc. We appreciate Juan's attention to detail as he was able to spot a faulty dishwasher part that would have caused a leak under kitchen sink again. Juan was also able to refer us to a roofing specialist that replaced his whole roof & we were able to get our entire roof replaced too.
