Jonathon is a rare find in the contractor space. His experience with million-dollar homes makes my little projects on rental properties a walk in the park. He handled my complicated project and the communication with the tenant with ease. Everyone was so happy with the installation of a new washer and dryer (which required all the pipes, vents, drains, and connections installed into a 50-year-old building). A+

Jonathan was so helpful and professional. I already have plans to rehire him! He fixed our door that didn’t fully close from hot weather and poor alignment.. He changed the lock as well. He also changed several drains that didn’t plug well to push stoppers and made sure they were unclogged! He also fixed a poorly draining tub clogged with long teenager’s hair- what a task! This guy did it all and I’m having him back to fix a modern pendent kitchen light that I could never find a replacement led chip for- he already knew where to look and what to do. I will be calling him a lot! 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
