The tech didn’t have a clue on what he was looking at. He kept having to go outside to call someone else. Basically told me what I already knew about the appliance. Then he wanted to charge me an extra $30 for a part that wasn’t even the problem

We schedules at 2:00 PM, but had to reschedule because of unexpected meetings. He said he would confirm later, but did not confirm until I called close to the schedule agreed upon. He was 1 hr and 20 minutes late for the agreed upon time. I sent him a picture of the ikea pax system that I was asking to assembly and he quoted an amount looking at the picture. He said it would take 2.5 to 3 hrs for assembling whole thing when asked how long it would take. When asked if he was getting help, he said he did not need and he did a lot of other projects bigger than this. So, he starts working at 5:50 PM and finishes assembling 90% of 1 out of 9 frames at 8:00 PM with me and my husband helping from 7:30. We had to stop for dinner and did not want to continue late. When we started helping, I felt he kind of started delegating more. He wanted me to pay half of the agreed amount doing 1/10 of the work since he came putting in gas. Clearly he does not deliver what he promises. I do mot think he is experienced enough and was not efficient enough. I had to pay him more than what I think he deserved for what he did. Beware, i do not think he has experience and promises things unrealistically to get people to hire him.
