First time hiring a light hanging service for the holidays. Looks great although next time...if I am still at the same property I think I would like to add lights around the front entry & porch pillars and run them along the arch as well as lining the roof. Thank you!

Great! This is my second year using them and they did a great job. There was a little mix up with how I wanted my lights but they came and quickly made the adjustments. Wonderful customer service they respond extremely quickly and my lights look absolutely beautiful and are very bright! So happy. Will use again next year!

Pros: Lights looked good and the install was done quickly and efficiently Standard rates that match the market I think the owner is trying hard.. they provided a bag for the lights and the owner gave us a gift. Cons: Poor quoting system Poor communication Over charged me and took weeks to refund charge The phone number they provided rarely answered The light removal person came on the wrong day and left clips all over lawn Overall I wouldn’t use the company again because of my experience but I think they are still learning how to deliver top tier service and will continue to improve their processes.
