- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to our prices, we will always give you a fair price that reflects the respect of your project and to our employees. We know that we are not the cheapest option, but we believe we are the most fair one. One that is fair to all our customers and employees while offering the best service in DFW.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all begins with the first message. We establish a point of contact with the customer through call, DM, or text. We follow up with setting up an in-person or remote estimate. We establish expectations and make sure we are on the same page through clear communication. We establish a project date. The day before the project, we send a reminder to the customer followed by a notification when we are on our way to the location and when we arrive. Finally, we get to the fun part—working on the project! Once we finish the job we make sure the customer is satisfied by doing a walkthrough of the project. If all is well, we thank the customer and send a project completion message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by window technicians that were passionate for the craft. I’ve also received IWCA training.
