I contacted them for a move out cleaning. I let her know that there were no lights because I already moved. I basically just wanted light duty cleaning. The landlord was aware that I had lived there 13 years and there would be normal wear and tear. I just needed it to be presentable. Sweep, mop, dust, etc… She stated, “it was ok.” They came on time the day they were scheduled to come. However called me complaining about lights which I had informed her from the beginning. I told her just send my deposit back it was fine, I would get someone else. She stated, “There was no refund on deposits.” I explained, “It’s not my fault so I wasn’t understanding.” She rescheduled me for the day before my move out date. She came that morning late and then tell me she cant do it because they couldn’t see when clearly it was early and plenty of light. The next complaint was that it was hot. The problem with that is I explained in the beginning I had already transferred my lights and she was ok with it. She sent me my deposit back, I called someone else last minute, and they got the job done with no problem.
