- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
l truly give the best prices I can do the job for I know I am lower than a lot of my competition I buy a lot of paint a year so I get a discounted price on paint that i give to all my customers at no mark up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
l need to completely under stand what my customer wants by asking and answering any and all questions and always without compromising be honest and true to my word give them my 100% and if l cant, l rather shake hands and walk away and always leave a door open.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for a developer in New York for 10years building residential building and over 3000 units and managing and maintaining units.
