I hired this team for a specific task. To move and assemble a large recliner from garage to a room upstairs.
They are very responsive and prompt in communication, and very good at their job. Completed the task with no difficulty in less than the expected time.

I was in a bind and needed to have a very large, very heavy refrigerator moved. After calling many moving services, Extra Mile was able to quickly help me. The gentlemen they sent were incredible. They worked together as a team to get the impossible done. The 3 of them were able to move the 750 lb fridge up a flight of stairs and got it connected and set up in the kitchen. These men were very professional and also very careful not to damage their surroundings. It's really hard to find a good moving company and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We needed a refrigerator moved from our garage up a flight of stairs into the kitchen. Dominique responded promptly and was able to fit our job in the same day after they completed a long move. They were friendly and made quick work of the job with just two guys, being careful to not damage the fridge or the walls/floors. Would definitely recommend Extra Mile and will use them again in the future for our next move.

Dominique and Willy were so helpful! We just sold our house and had to move quick. They helped me Tetris almost our whole house into a storage unit. They are amazing! When we move again, we will be using them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward with no strings attached. We only charge for labor, fuel, and the protective material needed to do your job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a job is booked, we collect the pick up address and the drop off address along with the customers full name and phone number.
Day before the big move:
Customer will be contacted to confirm move.
Day of the move:
Customer will be contacted 30 minutes before arrival. Upon arrival a General Service Agreement that outlines all specifics of the move will be signed by Extra Mile Moving Co. LLC and the customer. Then the fun part. Our guys love to move. Every thing will be protected and secured for the move. At the end of the move our driver will collect payment, leave a business card, and ask customer for a review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience working in the moving industry. We have been all over the country moving people to their new homes. Our managers are have degrees in project management and our drivers and helper have been moving for years.
