- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
assess clients strength and weaknesses. Use an inbody scale to find exactly what I'm starting from as far as fat loss needed or amount of muscle needed to gain. Find out clients expectations and provide an honest assessment. I provide generalized macro goals based on clients goal then help them set up a scheduled workout plan
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently working through Kinetic training, and resistance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I realized nutrition will take you only so far. If you want to have lasting results then you need a good basis behind it with the muscle.
