- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price we quote is an all-in price. We will give you everything we have to offer to make sure you and your guests have an amazing experience and a lifetime memory of your event. We offer a discount to first time clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get all the details about your event up front. We have an easy client survey that asks all the questions we need. We pride ourselves on listening to what you envision for your event and making sure we are the best vendor to make that happen before accepting the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a national photo lab for several years and an events company for four years. I understand what taking a great image means to the person who looks back on that keepsake. Lighting, composition and assisting guests to get the best image or video is my specialty. Having worked in the events industry, I understand how important it is for the host to have accountable, punctual and exceptional vendors at their events and we always strive to be all those things and more!
