What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is comparable to other licensed fulled service movers in DFW. Gary the Mover rate starts at $135 for two movers and a truck with all tools and protective blankets included. We offer 10% discount to students, seniors & military personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicating & keeping customer in the loop every step of the way. We will work closely and ask questions to ensure all details are covered so when move is executed there are no issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a A.A. from Brookhaven College with emphasis is transportation & supply chain management. My education relates directly to the work I perform daily.
