- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always studying and researching different levels of food. I don't always stick with one culture, I'm learning and building on my menu each day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've cooked for my family since I was a little girl, so when the opportunity came to jump on this full time the rest is history.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Catering, food drop offs, lunch deliveries during the day, or dinners at night if needed.
