ACS did an AWESOME JOB!
they responded fast showed up within the time limit was very professional, courteous and was extremely fast and efficient they cut up loaded and hauled off 4x4x7 ft. well house that had been destroyed. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes & all with GREAT PRICE 👍🏻🙂

ACS cleaned the upholstery on my furniture. It looks great and smells really clean. They showed up right on time. Alfredo is very personable and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted done. Then his helper worked until the job was done. The charge was reasonable. I knocked off one star because the helper didn’t put my furniture back the way it was. Also, because the helper who was left on his own spoke no English. In spite of this, I was happy with the work and would use them again.
The guys picked up the agreed on broken appliances and helped my clean up efforts. They communicated well so I knew when to expect them. Thank you for your help!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NEVER HIDDEN FEES, NEVER DESEPTION. THAT IS MY PROMISE.
The prices are based on size, time it will take, everybody is charge fairly based on those rules, the customer will always know the price before the jobs gets done, if extra work is needed they will have a really good idea what they are going to pay extra that way they can make an informed decision. Our reviews speak for themselves.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it’s a commercial customer we always meet with them to walk thru the new building needing to be cleaned then we determine our prices based on time it would take to clean 1 person. If it’s a residential customer we answer their questions over the phone very professionally and set a time to meet and do the work, customer ALWAYS know exactly what the cost will be before we do the work, and in the event of extra cost they will have a very good idea of their cost. NEVER HIDDEN FEES, NEVER DESEPTION. THAT IS MY PROMISE.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained by a company called Interlink in SLC Utah, after that believe me 22 years gives you LOTS OF TRAINING. We have an answer for every question a customer may have , we have taken the time to put everything in writing for both our cleaners and our customers.
