- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts. That thing we all love! I offer discounts to military and first responders. Along with discounts being available for group, in person, personal training sessions as well as for couples.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a consultation where I get more information from you to find out how specifically I can help you. Also give you the opportunity to ask me any questions you’d like to know about me as a coach. From there I will put together a package based on what it is you’re looking for and check with you to finalize it. After the invoice is paid we start on the intake process. You’ll have a few steps in that process and part of it will be a detailed questionnaire. I need you to be as detailed as possible in it as it helps me set you up for better success. Then I will either start crafting your unique plans or we will meet for our first training session - depends on your goals and package chosen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an ISSA Certificate along with 3 years of real world, hands on experience. I find the hands on experience is much more powerful that certifications. That being said, there are a few more I’d like to add to my tool belt in time.
