- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless otherwise specified, prices include photography services only, no digital or print packages are included. Editing is included with all purchased products upon request and includes basic corrections like light corrections, spot removal, and converting to black and white. I offer 15% service discounts for veterans and their immediate family; active duty military and their immediate family; police, firemen, E.M.S., nurses, and their immediate family; and current and retired teachers (Must show proof of discount eligibility to qualify for all discounts; not applied to mini-sessions, promotions, or special offers).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I always encourage potential clients to view my portfolio to make sure that my style coincides with their desired outcome. 2. Afterwards, we decide on a date, time, and location that works based on what is requested as well as what is available. 3. Clients can sign contracts digitally or I can bring contracts to them at the time of their session. 4. Depending on the service, payments and/or deposits can be made electronically online or the day of service via cash, credit card, Pay Pal, Venmo, Zelle, FaceBook Pay, or Cash App. 5. Upon meeting at our agreed upon location, we get to work capturing your Timeless Memories Portraits. My style includes both posed and candid moments and the sessions can be any where from 30 minutes to several hours depending on the plan, package, and type of session chosen. Infants and weddings always take longer. 6. During the session, I will try and show the client some of the images through the camera viewer to show them how photogenic they are. 7. The client decides when we are done. I always ask if there are any poses, groupings, etc. that the client desires and then ask again at the end if there are any other desired poses or groupings they would like to add. We will take A LOT of pictures and you will have PLENTY of images to choose from. 8. I upload ALL of the portraits into the client’s personalized album gallery, usually within 24-48 hours or less and send them the direct link. 9. The client (and anyone the client shares the link with) views all their proofs and can sort them by choosing their favorites from the comfort of their home or office. 10. If desired or needed, I edit any favorite images chosen as favorites and create a new album for ordering prints or downloading digital images/gallery. 11. The client selects images and instantly downloads digital purchases OR selects images and purchase desired sizes and quantities of portraits. 12. Printed orders are received at address client designates while ordering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer. My training and education come from practice, trial and error, online classes, books, working with other photographers, and from personal experience.
