My mother was part owner in two restaurants when I was young. I started washing dishes when I was 13yrs old and I never lost my passion for the bussiness.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would always ask for samples. After all it is food, so if they give you a cold tasteless sample what do you think you will recieve at the event?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The food service industry is full of individuals who think it is an easy profession to get into. But to keep you and your guests happy and safe takes careful planning and a thoughtful attitude.
