- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $49 service that is waived with the repair . Basically we come out and diagnose your problem and give you and estimate .If you choose the repair you just pay the price quoted service fee waived and if you decide not to continue then you just pay the $ 49 service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 33 years of experience in serving appliances in the Houston area. EPA certified
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my training in high school trade school . And over the years have worked with major appliance service companies with on going training in new products.Now we contract with home warranty companies and major service providers.
