- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent 30 years in Corporate America coaching and training sales professionals and when I started my own company I took all the best parts of my career and turned it into my business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I coach most of my clients one on one and the split is equal between speech / communication coaching and success coaching which involves goal setting and action plans to achieve those goals.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I presented The Power of Story workshop to the Child Advocates of Fort Bend County and I later had an opportunity to observe each of the participants performing their speaking roles and the results were amazing! Every single participant was more polished and professional than they were prior to the training!
