- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For me, no event is ever standard. We have set prices for the services we provide, but the budgets and tastes are all so different that no menu is ever the same. I work hard to find the menu and service that best fits the situation at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit with my clients, bring them a sample of our food and find out what their needs are. I help them decide what would be best for the event that they are hosting and work within budgets. I check on them before the event to see if there are any changes. I will then follow up with them to make sure everything went well and if there are any problems that occur, I work hard to resolve them. I love my clients and want them happy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with corporate clients, big and small. I love working with non profit organizations, such as schools, churches and the Houston Live Stock Show committees. I have handled graduation parties, wedding and birthday parties of all sizes.
