Mitchell was great he met my urgency with punctuality to come out to a property the same day I called him. He gave me a fair quote and a thorough workup of job estimate for removing the mold in the house. If I would have went thru with purchasing the house I would have definitely used Mitchell for the job.

Mitchel was on time and addressed the mold in my home in about 10 minutes. He offered a spray solution that was an inexpensive remedy and was done in less than an hour. He was professional on time and wore a mask for everyone’s safety. The black spots are gone thank you!

Mitchell was great to work with. He coordinated his visit with my tenants and communicated the situation to me. Instead of installing molding strips to fill the gap he was able to seal the floor gaps using caulking in few hours. Thank you.

Mitchel was the first to respond, and arrived for appointment within the time frame agreed. Our 2-month new home had mold that had been hiding under the boards of our kitchen sink that only surfaced this week. Mitchel patiently explained what needed to happen to resolve our problem and gave us the best quote for the work that needed to be immediately done. He was also willing to assist us with filing claim directly with insurance adjuster to help us to restore our under sink to what it should be. We highly recommend anyone having the same issue as us to give Prosperity Restoration a call.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet the customer at the front door with a smile And foot protectors on my feet, Walk with the customer to see exactly what needs to be cleaned or repaired, Explain repairs to customer with a start time & finished time that we both agreed upon, paperwork is signed guaranteed to meet quota, so at the end of the project the customer & contractor are satisfied
