If needed, on whole home or larger projects, I make trips to market for specific furnishings to make sure you are getting exactly what you envision for your design. Juliana is wonderful! Our house had sat on the market for almost 4 months and we couldn’t move it. We had a lot of showings but no real offers. I contacted Juliana and we talked about all the pros and cons of the house. She gave us a very competitive estimate and worked hard to get our house ready in time for the weekend shoppers! The furniture and decor and all the details were so high end. I wish I contacted her at the very beginning. After re-listing, we received a great offer (3 days). I’m a true Juliana believer. She and her assistant were so creative. The colors they chose worked perfectly with the home and really made the flow of the house come to life. The pieces she chose for each room made it a luxury must have home! I will never try to sell a home without Juliana again! Cherry on top, she and her assistant were extremely pleasant to work with! Sweet and understanding the whole way. Thanks Juliana!

This gives me the opportunity to see how I can best help you, hear about your vision and timeframe and help you determine realistic budget for your project. Our onsite meeting involves fees, a contract and can be discussed in detail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary Discovery Call to hear about your vision and to determine if we are a good fit for your project with no commitment. Once we decide to move forward we can schedule an onsite visit.
