- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. It’s in line with the average amount being charged. I’m also willing to negotiate if it makes sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to find out what they need and what there budget is. That way I can do my best to fit in or close to what they can afford. I want to find a price that works for their pockets and my time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of customer service and sales experience. It helps me with being more personable and punctual with my clients.
