I can't say enough about the great customer service our family recieved! We hired them to load our 20 ft truck for our move from Houston, Texas to Greenville, North Carolina! They showed up and were energetically ready to work. Both gentlemen were super friendly and hard workers. The project ended up taking 2 more hours than anticipated, BUT we really did have more things then we realized! So this was not on any account of them! They did such an awesome job that even the person we hired to unload the uhaul commented and asked who packed us up because it was done so well! I think that in itself goes to show what an awesome job they did!

Everything went great! This was my first time ever hiring movers and they exceeded my expectations. Veronica Nichols (customer service/project manager) made the process very easy and was always available to answer my questions to guide me through the process. No hidden fees, or super complicated contracts and procedures. The two guys that came got my one bedroom moved just under 2 hours and were very very nice and professional! Nothing was broken, scratched, or damaged during the move. When the guys were unloading the last few items into my new apartment, it started raining and they moved very quickly to make sure my things did not get wet. I will def be using them again :)
