- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price is $100/hr for two men + an $80 truck fee. We do have 3 man 4 man and 5 man teams available as well. It’s an extra $40/hr per additional man. Usually this makes sense for larger moves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer our first goal is to understand the details about their moving needs. What day and time are they looking to move? How many rooms? Any large items such as appliances? How far are you moving? Do you need us to wrap your furniture or mount tv’s? Understanding the details of our clients needs allows us to provide service that meets their standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been operating since early 2020. We have a thorough training in the proper loading and unloading maneuvers of moving but we are also trained to operate anywhere from 10ft to 26 ft trucks with ease. We do a yearly training going over the basics with our crew to ensure good habits are always used.
