Definitely worth it. Very professional and shows exemplary customer service, and overall extremely helpful. I personally need a plan with specific to dos, and I've gotten that and more. Above all, I need the accountability and check ins, because if left to myself, I cut corners every time. Fitness 4 Life has given me the accountability and personal wellness coaching that I really need!
