- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is fair. you might get someone to underbid me, but make sure the scope of work is the same, and that the materials are premium, after all it is your roof or talking about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
customers will contact me and set up an appointment for me to come out at their leisure, once of the property I will do a complete walkthrough and evaluation. I will then sit with the customer I explained to them what exactly is causing the problem and the best course of action to repair it. I will then give the customer a quote, and if you decide hire me, we will schedule a date and time to make the repairs. customer who always have before and after photos of all work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
mechanical engineer ( I just didn't like staying inside all day, so I decided to continue roofing because I enjoy it.)
