What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We price our projects based on the size of the windows, installation scope, and overall layout of the home—so every quote is customized. I personally come out to measure and go over options so you’re not getting a generic estimate. We’re not the cheapest, but we focus on doing it right the first time—proper fitment, sealing, and long-term performance—so you don’t deal with drafts, leaks, or callbacks later. That said, since I’m the owner, I can usually work within a homeowner’s budget and offer straightforward pricing without the big-company markup. We also run occasional promotions depending on the project and timing. No hidden fees—everything is clearly outlined before you move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation to understand what you’re dealing with—drafts, fogged glass, heat, or just updating the look. From there, I come out personally to measure, evaluate everything, and walk you through your options. I keep it straightforward—no long sales pitch—just clear recommendations based on your home and budget. If you decide to move forward, we finalize the details, order the windows, and schedule installation. Most installs are completed in a day, and we handle removal, installation, sealing, and full cleanup. After the job, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks right and operates smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m OSI-certified, which means I’m trained in proper sealing systems and application methods that are critical for long-term window performance—especially here in Texas with heat, rain, and expansion. Beyond that, most of my experience comes from hands-on installation and working directly in the field. I focus heavily on proper fitment, sealing, and water management—not just putting a window in, but making sure it performs the way it should for years. As the owner, I stay involved on projects to make sure everything is done right, not rushed or overlooked.
