Brian and his team did an excellent job installing my new roof. I had water damage and they replaced, color matched and painted that wood as well.
Communication was great throughout the entire process as Brian was always available to answer any questions I might have or to thoroughly explain the process. I would recommend Encore to anyone looking for a roofreplacement as I thought their price was very fair and quality of work is excellent.

Brian has made me so happy in the roof repair job he did today. Couple of things which I like in him:
1. He is too good is offering the best estimates in comparison with other providers.
2. He is very responsive in communication and provided me with the next-day availability.
3. When I met him this morning, he explained the job details, performed the job in time, and showed me images of my roof repair work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once a quote is agreed upon, I never change that price. Many complain that they hired a company to do a certain thing, but then faced frustrating mark ups, and hidden fees, etc. My customers often comment on how specific and detailed my quote was, and that I actually did more than was promised- sometimes for less than was quoted!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After understanding what the needs and desires of the homeowner are, I give a spoken estimate which, if the homeowner is interested in, I produce a detailed proposal, explaining materials, procedure of work, cost, and availability.
