- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price will changed when you switch to a bundle of Video and Pictures Services together for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to introduce my self. Wanting to get more information what the future client is looking to see if I can help them out. If everything goes well I require a deposit of 50% of price we agree upon to put the client on my calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having years of hands on experience learning and growing. As well getting a FAA Part 107 License to better equip my self to keep people and property safe while flying my drone.
