We had 2 leaks, and one non working sink which needed immediate attention. We had issues with our landlord's hired maintenance man. Spending weeks to fix the leaks. Mr. Navarro fixed the same leaks after the hired maintenance man attempted to with no success. Mr. Navarro came in accessed the issue, he came prepared for possible solutions. He was quick, clean, neat, and polite. The cost was affordable and we now have a working sink for our outside patio!
